Thank you for a GREAT year 2021!

To say that 2021 was a great year is some what of an understatement for me. Definitely the best year yet, to say the least. Not only am I talking about home inspections, but in general.

This year has brought good fortune on many accounts to the Sparatta House. My children becoming adults, moving in with my new wife to our new home, truly feeling grateful to the friends and few family that have shown me that they will be there for me no matter what!

Crushing my goals!

With 2021 being my first full year in business as a home inspector I attempted to set modest, yet attainable goals. To my surprise, I was able to blow those goals out of the water. This allowed me to set new goals as I progressed through the year. Goals that were apart of my long term plan were able to come to fruition my very first year.

As you can imagine, achieving your goals is one of the most rewarding feelings imaginable. Who doesn’t love accomplishing what they set out to do?

I found a way to share with you all a map of the inspections that I was fortunate to have a part in. Not all of these inspections were paid. There were several that were “mock” inspections. Regardless of whether or not money was made or not, I learned something from every inspection. Take a look at what I have been able to achieve in such a short time. To say the least, I am proud of myself.

What is next?

As we enter into 2022, I took the time to evaluate my market share. Primarily, I was able to do business in 4 counties in NY State. Of those counties, there was over 3,000 homes sold. As you can see for yourself, I was only a small fraction of those homes and the process that comes along with it. It is my hope that I am able to continue to earn the trust of realtors and buyers in the community that I live in.

On a grander scale, It is my hope to expand into northern Pennsylvania. I am just a few inspections shy of being able to call myself a certified Home Inspector of Pennsylvania. I hope to achieve that goal within the next few months to come.

It is also my hope to gain more of a foot hold completing blower door tests for code compliance. Blower door testing is becoming more widely know as being a key component in obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy.

Thank you!

I can not say enough nor fully put into words how grateful I am to all of the buyers that gave me an opportunity to earn their business and provide them with a quality home inspection.

Please accept this post a my appreciation for each and every one of you!
