Cancellation Policy
- 48-hour notice required for all cancellations
- Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $150 fee
- Rescheduling within 24 hours = cancellation fee applies
Payment Terms
- Paid appointments: $150 is non-refundable
- Unpaid appointments: $150 must be paid before rebooking
Important Notes
- Client is responsible for fees, even if scheduled by an agent
- Inspections proceed regardless of utility status
- No discounts for systems that cannot be tested
- Return visits are subject to a return trip fee
Weather & Exceptions
- Severe weather reschedules are handled as needed
- Exceptions considered at our sole discretion
