Appointment & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

  • 48-hour notice required for all cancellations
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a $150 fee
  • Rescheduling within 24 hours = cancellation fee applies

Payment Terms

  • Paid appointments: $150 is non-refundable
  • Unpaid appointments: $150 must be paid before rebooking

Important Notes

  • Client is responsible for fees, even if scheduled by an agent
  • Inspections proceed regardless of utility status
  • No discounts for systems that cannot be tested
  • Return visits are subject to a return trip fee

Weather & Exceptions

  • Severe weather reschedules are handled as needed
  • Exceptions considered at our sole discretion
