You will receive your full home inspection report the same day, often within just a few hours after the inspection is completed.
4. How much does a home inspection cost in Western NY?
Pricing starts at $350 for homes up to 1,500 square feet, with $50 for every additional 500 square feet.
Multi-family homes are $50 per additional unit, and there are no travel fees within the service area.
5. Should I attend the home inspection?
Yes, attending is highly recommended. It allows you to see issues firsthand and ask questions during the inspection. If you can’t attend, the report will still clearly explain all findings.
6. Do you offer radon testing?
Yes. Radon testing is available as an add-on or standalone service BUT only in New York. Pennsylvannia testing is currently NOT available. A continuous radon monitor is placed in the lowest livable level of the home for at least 48 hours, providing detailed hourly readings. Results are typically ready within 2 days.
7. What happens if problems are found during the inspection?
